What are we scared of? The value of risk in designing public space


[2005] CABE's 2005 report invited four distinguished thinkers to relate their of how we deal with risk in our use of public space. They argued that tolerance of risk is a necessary ingredient of inspiring places and that hesitation to challenge the rule book results in dull and uninspired spaces.
