[2001] Lecture held in Sydney (International Forum 'Safer By Design' on 2nd October 2001) and presented in Barcelona (International CPTED Conference, 8 November 2001), on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) and Designing Out Crime (DOC) as useful, effective, concrete and feasible strategy for the police to prevent crime and feelings of insecurity in partnership.
