Safer Design Guidelines for Victoria
[2004] The Victorian experience of developing and implementing CPTED is markedly different from other states in Australia and comparative international models. Victoria has had a relatively long history (relatively long in community safety terms, that is) in community safety and crime prevention. Since 1988 commencing with the Good Neighbourhood program, Victoria has progressed a number of State Government iterations of crime prevention and community safety strategies.
