Design Against Kerb-Crawling: Tippelzones (Vice Zones) - European Experiences In Displacement

[2004 ] This paper deals with the Dutch phenomenon of regulated street prostitution in designated areas called 'Tippelzones'. These are zones where street prostitution is tolerated by the police and certain facilities, such as medical services and a 'livingroom', are available to the prostitutes.
